Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows are also included in this policy.
Patrons arriving more than 15 minutes late may find their stylist is no longer available. In these cases the cancellation fee will also apply.
Returns of unopened products may be made within two weeks of purchase. A receipt must accompany the return. Refunds are issued for store credit only.
Our stylists take the quality of their work seriously. If you’re unhappy with your service, your stylist will make every effort to correct the problem. All do-over requests must be made within two weeks. We do not offer cash refunds for services.
