cancellations

All reserved appointments require a credit card on file. We've updated our cancelation policy to serve our clients and staff best. Maven requires all cancelations to be made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancelations made on short notice are difficult, if not impossible, for our staff to rebook. Our stylists are paid on a commission basis. While we understand that unexpected inconveniences occur, the cancelation policy is in place so our stylists can receive a steady paycheck. Appointments canceled after the 48-hour window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day or last-minute cancelations and no-shows will be responsible for 100% of the service price.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may find their stylist is no longer available to do the pre-booked service. In these cases, the cancellation fee will also apply.

REMINDER CALLS, TEXT & EMAILS

Please note that this is a COURTESY. It is the guest's responsibility to know when the appointment is scheduled for. In the event that we leave a message, text or email and are not able to reach you, it is not the salons responsibility and fees may apply as stated in our cancellation policy. Please respond and confirm our text and emails.

 

Retail Returns

An exchange of unopened products may be made within two weeks of purchase. A receipt must accompany the exchange.

 

Service adjustments

Our stylists take the quality of their work seriously. If you’re unhappy with your service, your stylist will make every effort to make an adjustment. All adjustment requests must be made within two weeks. We do not offer cash refunds for services.

***Maven will not be responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings ie handbags, jackets, shoes, and clothing. Smocks are available upon request.

 

We accept- Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover. We do not accept checks(who even writes checks anymore, bro?!;)

At Maven Salon, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To simplify the tipping process for both our clients and stylists, we kindly ask that gratuities be provided in cash or via Venmo.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept tips through credit or debit card payments. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to offer you exceptional service.
